Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial duties to the Director Community Services
• Receive incoming letters/memo’s/faxes for attention Director Community Services
• Maintain diary of Director Community Services
• Arrange meetings/discussions with other parties
• Type all documentation for Director Community Services and distribute documents to other departments
• Handle reservations of conference rooms for meetings
• Write requisitions in order to get an order number for different expenses
