Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all activities in the creditors, salaries, income, rates and income divisions of the financial department.
• Manage creditors section ensuring authorised, accurate and legitimate payments.
• Authorize bank transfers
• Manage Payroll Section and ensure accurate and timeous payment of staff salaries.
• Manage processes regarding identification of indigents.
• Manage Collection of arrears accounts, attorneys hand over collection and reports regarding outstanding accounts.
• Manage valuation processes in rates division and authorize rebates
• Manage processes in income section regarding monthly debit raising of service accounts, allocating of bank deposits and sundry deposits
• Manage personnel under control.
