Notice are hereby given that the 2010/2011 Annual Report will be open for perusal at all municipal offices, public libraries and the municipal website until Friday, 9 March 2012. Written or verbal comments/representations must be lodged with the Municipal Manager.

Kennis geskied hiermee  volgens artikel 46(2) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsels 2000 (Wet 32 van 2000), soos gewysig, en Artikel 127(5) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering, Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur, 2003 (Wet 56 van 2003) dat die Raad van die Langerberg Munisipaliteit se Jaarverslag 2010/2011 (wat insluit die Prestasieverslag en Ouditverslag vir die jaareindigend 30 Junie 2011)  ter insae lê vir kommentaar by alle munisipale kantore, openbare biblioteke en die munisipale webwerf tot Vrydag, 9 Maart 2012. Kommentaar/besware moet skriftelik of verbaal aan die Munisipale Bestuurder gerig word, voor of op gemelde datum. Indien daar persone is wat hulp benodig, is hulle welkom om na die plaaslike munisipale kantoor te gaan. Vir enige verdere navraag kontak gerus Sanelle Posthumus by 023 615 8028.

Consideration of the 2010/2011 Annual Report

Notice are hereby given, in terms of Section 46(2) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act , 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) as amended, and Section 127(2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) that the 2010/2011 Annual Report (which includes the Performance Report and the Audit Report for the year ending 30 June 2011) will be open for perusal at all municipal offices, public libraries and the municipal website until Friday, 9 March 2012. Written or verbal comments/representations must be lodged with the Municipal Manager before or on mentioned date. Should you require any assistance; the local municipal office will assist you.
