pdf Jobs Fund Applications

47 downloads

The Jobs Fund is calling on experienced Private and Public Sector organisations, and NPO intermediaries to submit applications for its 11th funding round.

The Jobs Fund would like to partner with future focused organisations that share its intent to find innovative solutions to South Africa’s employment challenges.

The Jobs Fund allocates funding through a competitive process. All applications must be submitted online on the Grant Management System which can be accessed via the Jobs Fund website from the launch date.

The Term Sheet, which will be published on the website (jobsfund.org.za) on 29 May 2023, contains further detail on the funding round, the appraisal process and the eligibility criteria.
In the interim, please note the following:
• Private, public and NPO sectors are invited to submit applications and collaboration is encouraged.
• Applications are firstly assessed against the eligibility criteria as outlined in the Term Sheet. If these are not met, your application will not be considered.
• After the eligibility assessment the application will be competitively assessed against impact criteria which include, amongst others, ability to scale and contribution to systemic change.
• Thereafter, a decision is taken as to which proposals should be allocated grant funding. The Fund’s independent Investment Committee makes the final decision on the allocation of grant funding. Applicants are then notified of the outcome of the assessment process.
• This funding round opens on 29 May 2023 and closes on 3 July 2023. No applications will be accepted after the deadline.

pdf PUBLIC COMMENTS ON TENDER:74/2022 HAVING FUTURE BUDGETARY IMPLICATIONS

55 downloads

Notice is hereby given that the Langeberg Municipality is intending to purchase an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which is mSCOA compliant from CCG Systems Pty Ltd for a period of 10 years. The Municipality has followed an open tender in procuring this system.

The current contract with the current service provider is coming to an end and a system is needed to automate and manage the municipality’s core business processes. Over and above the core financial system, the proposed system includes a SCM module, Human Resources Management and Performance Management sub systems.

The contract will be for 10 years and the total costs of the system over the 10-year period will be as indicated below:

The Municipality is currently using different systems which are integrated. Purchasing this new system will come at no additional cost over the lifespan of the system as the current costs of the current systems (core financial system, SCM system and performance management system) are in line with the costing of the new system. This means that this purchase will not have an impact on the current tariffs of the Municipality but will add more value as it includes more modules than the current systems.
