Completed Bids, in sealed envelopes, clearly marked TENDER 26/2022 SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SURVEILLANCE CAMERA SYSTEM AT THE ROBERTSON CENTRALISED STORE, ROBERTSON MUISKRAALSKOP SUBSTATION AND SPORT FACILITIES “ should be placed in the tender box, at the Langeberg Municipal Office, 28 Main Road, Ashton, not later than 12:00 on 13 MAY 2022 when the Bids will be opened in public.  Late, faxed or e-mailed tenders will not be considered.

A COMPULSORY SITE MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE ROBERTSON MUNICIPAL OFFICES, 52 CHURCH STREET, ON 05 MAY 2022 AT 10H00.

PLEASE NOTE:

The official Bid document must be fully completed in black ink, all pages must be returned and the document should preferably be bound.

Supporting documents must be submitted separately and must be stapled or bound.

The lowest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted and council reserves the right to accept any tender. Tenders will be evaluated according to the Council’s Supply Chain Management Policy and the 80/20 Preference Point system. DESCRIPTION : The Construction of Nkqubela Second Entrance

CLOSING DATE : 13 MAY 2022

CLOSING TIME : 12H00: Bids will be opened in public at 28 Main Road, Ashton.

CIDB : Tenderers must be registered with the CIDB in a CE class of construction works and have a grading designation equal to or higher than that determined in accordance with the sum tendered or a value determined in accordance with regulation 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, 2004. It is estimated that tenderers will need a grading designation of 5CE or higher.

A compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 20 APRIL 2022 at 15:00 in the Municipal Offices, 52 Church Street, Robertson after which the sites will be visited. Bidders that fail to attend the compulsory clarification meeting will be disqualified. A representative may only represent one tenderer at this meeting.

Bids may only be submitted on the bid documentation provided by the municipality and must remain valid for 120 days after bid closing.

The official tender document must be fully completed in black ink.. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mailed or late tenders will not be accepted. The lowest, only or any bid shall not necessarily be accepted and the Council reserves the right to accept any part of the bid.
