ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REPORT 2020-21 APPROVED

Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 26(1) of the Local Government: Municipal Budget and reporting regulations, 2008, as well as section 121 and 129 (3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act no. 56 of 2003) read together with section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal system Act, 2000 (Act no.32 of 2000) that Council at its meeting held on 22 February 2022 under item A4282, respectively, approved the following:

• 2020/2021 Annual Report
• Oversight Report on the 2020/2021 Annual Report

The said Council resolution and all other relevant documents are made public on the Langeberg Municipal website at www.langeberg.gov.za
