Through the Collab Citizen application, users can subscribe to specific channels of interest, such as the Langeberg Municipality Channel, to receive relevant notifications and news updates.

Through this platform, app users can easily log service requests, including a GPS location pin, description, and images. Users will also be able to monitor the progress of logged service requests.

Additionally, the application acts as an extension of the Langeberg Municipal website, offering notices, documents, and service-related information at your fingertips.

Account holders also have the option to link their municipal accounts to the app, enabling them to view billing information conveniently.
