Interested persons are herewith invited to tender for the leasing of Municipal property as contained in the tender document.

Tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marked ” Tender 40/2021 – Lease of the municipal building, Dassieshoek house2 situated on portion 7 of the Farm Longvalley No.15,  Dassieshoek, Robertson for residential purposes” must be placed in the tender box at the Municipal Offices, 28 Main Road, Ashton before 12:00 on Friday, 13 August 2021 where after tenders will be opened in public.

Late tenders or tenders received by fax or incomplete tenders will not be accepted. Proof of dispatch of a tender will not be regarded as proof of receipt thereof. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Tenders are hereby requested for the DESIGN, SUPPLY AND INSTALL OF HIGH MAST SITES as specified in the bid document. Completed Bids, in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “TENDER 30/2021 DESIGN, SUPPLY AND INSTALL OF HIGH MAST SITES” should be placed in the tender box, at the Langeberg Municipal Office, 28 Main Road, Ashton, not later than 12:00 on 30  JULY 2021 when the Bids will be opened in public. Tenderers must be registered with the CIDB in a class of construction works and have a grading designation equal to or higher than that determined in accordance with the sum tendered or a value determined in accordance with regulation 25 (7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, 2004. It is estimated that tenderers will need a grading designation of SL 2 OR CE 2.

PLEASE NOTE:

Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2011 (Regulation 9. (1) and 9. (3) make provision for the promotion of local production and content. Local production content applicable to designated sectors of construction.

Only goods, works and services with a stipulated minimum threshold as applicable for local production and content will be considered. The South African Bureau of Standards approved, Technical Specification Number (SATS 1286:2011) will be used to calculate local content.
