Council approved the following dates for Council Meetings for the 2026 calendar year.

• The Langeberg Municipality regrets to inform residents that, due to the passing of a respected politician within the Cape Winelands District,  councillors will be attending the funeral service. 
  Accordingly, the Statutory Council Meeting originally scheduled for Wednesday, 21 January 2026 has been rescheduled to Friday, 23 January 2026 at 10:00 AM. 
  We thank the community for their understanding during this time of mourning and adjustment.

• At the Ordinary meeting of Council of the Langeberg Municipality held on 24 June 2026, a decision was made that the Statutory Council meeting of 30 July 2026 be moved to 29 July 2026.
