APPROVED MUNICIPAL BUDGET, INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN, POLICIES, DETERMINATION OF TARIFFS AND SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR: 01 JULY 2026 TO 30 JUNE 2027

Notice is hereby given that in terms of section 24 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003), and section 25 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) the following items for the 2026-2027 Financial Year, was approved by Council on 27 May 2026:

•         Municipal Budget,
•         All budget-related Policies,
•         Property Rates by law
•         Integrated Development Plan,
•         IDP-related policies, including ICT Policies,
•         HR Strategy and policies
•         Determination of Tariffs and the
•          Spatial Development Framework (SDF)

The budget, fees, charges and tariffs for the 2026-2027 financial year shall be implemented from 1 July 2026.

Kennis word hiermee gegee dat ingevolge artikel 24 van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur, 2003 (Wet Nr. 56 van 2003), en artikel 25 van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsels, 2000 (Wet Nr. 32 van 2000), die volgende items vir die 2026-2027 Finansiële Jaar, op 27 Mei 2026 deur die Raad goedgekeur is:

•         Munisipale begroting,
•         Al die Begrotingsverwante beleide,
•         Eiendomsbelasting Verodeninge
•         Geïntegreerde ontwikkelingsplan (GOP),
•         GOP-verwante beleide, insluitend IKT-beleid,
•         Menslike Hulpbron Strategie en Beleide
•         Bepaling van Tariewe en die
•        Ruimtelike Ontwikkelingsraamwerk (ROR)

Die begroting, fooie, koste en tariewe vir die 2026-2027 finansiële jaar sal vanaf 1 Julie 2026 geïmplementeer word.
