Interested persons are herewith invited to tender for available Municipal erven as contained in the tender document.

 

Tenders in sealed envelopes clearly markedTender 15/2025 - Alienation of various available erven” must be placed in the tender box at the Municipal Offices, 28 Main Road, Ashton before 12:00 on Friday, 26 September 2025 where after tenders will be opened in public.

 

Late tenders or tenders received by fax or incomplete tenders will not be accepted. Proof of dispatch of a tender will not be regarded as proof of receipt there of. The Municipality is not obliged to accept the highest or any tender.

 

Tenders must be submitted on the original document which can be obtained from the reception of the various Municipal Offices and Municipal Website www.langeberg.gov.za . For further information or any challenges to complete the tender documents please contact Ms Rossouw at

The Langeberg Municipality may appoint “reserve bidders” and award the bid to the second- or third-ranked bidder during the adjudication stage if the highest-scoring bidder fails to perform during contract execution.

The lowest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted and council reserves the right to accept any tender. Tenders are hereby requested for the UPGRADING OF PARKS as specified in the bid document. 

Completed Bids, in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “TENDER-18/2025: UPGRADING OF PARKS” should be placed in the tender box, at the Langeberg Municipal Office, 28 Main Road, Ashton, not later than 12:00 on

19 SEPTEMBER 2025 when the Bids will be opened in public. Late, faxed or e-mailed tenders will not be considered.

Tenderers must be registered with the CIDB in a class of construction works and have a grading designation equal to or higher than that determined in accordance with the sum tendered or a value determined in accordance with regulation 25 (7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, 2004.   It is estimated that tenderers will need a grading designation of GB1 or higher.

COMPULSORY CLARIFICATION MEETING:

A COMPULSORY CLARIFICATION MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THE 03 SEPTEMBER 2025, AT 10H00, AT THE ROBERTSON MUNICIPAL OFFICE, 52 CHURCH STREET, CAUCUS ROOM 2, ROBERTSON, PERSONS ARRIVING LATER THAN 10H10 WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE MEETING.
