ESTABLISHMENT OF LANGEBERG SPORTS COUNCIL
All representatives of sports codes operating in the Langeberg municipal area are kindly invited to the establishment of a Langeberg Sports Council.
Every member (code) shall be entitled to be represented at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) by two delegates (one entitled to vote).

Key information
All members representing sports codes must be nominated by their respective clubs, by means of an official club letter to be presented at the meeting.
The office bearers of the executive and management committee shall be elected in the following order:
- Chairperson
- Deputy Chairperson
- Secretary
- Treasury
- One (1) representative per designated sport code nominated by the relevant codes.
- Ex-official representative of the municipality
- One (1) Ex-official representative per rural code
