INDIGENT HOUSEHOLD ROADSHOW

Roadshows will be held in various areas in the greater Langeberg Municipal area as outlined in the table below. The Municipality will provide an opportunity and assistance to everyone who wants to submit applications at the offices outlined and, on the dates stated below, from 08:00 – 15:00.

Qualification criteria 
- Applicable to households on residential property.
- Owner of only one property in the Republic of South Africa.
- Only the accountholder may apply for Indigent.
- Full-time occupant (Tenant) of the residential property or where the registered owner is unable to occupy the property.
- Joint household income must not exceed R4 700.00 per month.

Documentation needed
- Copy of ID and/or birth certificates of everyone staying on the property.
- Proof of income of everyone staying on the property, i.e. pay slips, salary slips, bank statements or an affidavit for unemployment or self-employed.
- Latest municipal account

BEHOEFTIGE HUISHOUDING PROMOSIE TOER 
Promosie Toer sal in verskeie gebiede in die groter Langeberg Munisipale gebied gehou word, soos uiteengesit in die tabel hieronder. Die Munisipaliteit sal 'n geleentheid en bystand bied aan almal wat aansoeke wil indien by die uiteengesette kantore en, op die datums hieronder vermeld, van 08:00 – 15:00.

Kwalifiseer kriteria
- Van toepassing op huishoudings op residensiële eiendom.
- Moet eienaar wees van slegs een eiendom binne die Replubliek van Suid-Afrika.
- Slegs die rekeninghouer mag aansoek doen.
- Voltydse inwoner (Huurder) van die perseel wees of waar die geregistreerde eienaar nie die eiendom kan bewoon nie. 
- Gesamentlike huishoudelike inkomste mag nie R4 700.00 per maand oorskry nie.
 
Dokumente wat benodig word 
- Afskrif van identiteitsdokumente en geboortesertifikate van alle persone woonagtig op die perseel
- Bewys van inkomste van alle persone op die perseel, insluitend betaalstrokies, salarisstrokies, bankstate of ‘n beëdigde verklaring vir werkloosheid of selfonderhoudend
- Nuutste munisipale rekening
