NEW LANGEBERG LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACADEMY OFFERS FREE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR EVERY EMPLOYEE
A stronger municipality starts with people who are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to grow, both professionally and personally.
Langeberg Municipality is excited to introduce the Langeberg Local Government Academy, a new online learning platform designed to provide municipal employees and members of the public with accessible, practical opportunities to develop their skills and improve their everyday lives.
The Academy was developed by the Western Cape Department of Economic Development and Tourism in partnership with World Class Cities.
All Langeberg Municipal employees, regardless of position, department or level of experience, can access almost 500 short, practical courses. With more new courses added regularly, expanding the opportunities available.

The Academy covers a wide range of topics relevant to both municipal work and personal development. Employees can explore courses on areas such as:

Best of all, the Academy is completely free, with no subscriptions, advertisements or commercial requirements. Employees can also earn a certificate of completion for each course they successfully complete.
