PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE COGMANSKLOOF-, BADEN-, KINGNA- AND DWARIGA- IRRIGATION BOARDS TO WATER USER ASSOCIATIONS OF MONTAGU
In terms of Section 98 of the National Water Act (Act No. 36 of 1998), it is the intent to transform the abovementioned Irrigation Boards into Water User Associations in the above-mentioned area. These Water User Associations (WUA) will include all the other relevant water user groups in the drainage area.

In terme van afdeling 98 van die Nasionale Water Wet (Wet 36 van 1998), is dit die intensie van die bogenoemde besproeiingsrade om oor te skakel na Watergebruikersverenigings (WGV) wat alle relevante water gebruikers groepe in die opvangs gebied insluit.
Die konsep grondwet van die onderskeie WGV’s is beskikbaar vir hersiening by die Cogmanskloof Besproeiingsraad kantore of per e-pos by
‘n Publieke vergadering om die omskakeling asook die voorgestelde grondwette te bespreek, sal soos volg gehou word:
