PUBLIC NOTICE: RESTORATION OF MTN NETWORK SERVICES AT BONNIEVALE MUNICIPALITY OFFICES

The Langeberg Municipality wishes to inform residents, businesses, stakeholders, and members of the public that the MTN network services affecting communication at the municipal offices have been restored and the failover mechanism discontinued for return to normal network operations.

Municipal communication services are now fully operational, and officials are once again able to receive and respond to calls and other network-dependent communications.

We sincerely thank the community for its patience and understanding during the service interruption. The Municipality acknowledges the inconveniences caused and appreciates the co-operation shown by residents while the matter was being resolved.

Residents may continue to engage with the Municipality through the normal communication channels for service-related enquiries, reporting of faults, account enquiries, and other municipal business.

PUBLIC NOTICE: MTN NETWORK SERVICES OFFLINE AT THE BONNIEVALE MUNICIPAL OFFICES

Please be advised that MTN network services at the Bonnievale Municipal Offices are currently offline due to a service interruption affecting connectivity.

As a result, users may experience:

  • Loss of internet connectivity
  • Inability to access cloud-based applications and services
  • Disruptions to email and online communication platforms
  • Limited access to systems that rely on the MTN network connection

The matter has been reported to MTN, and efforts are underway to restore services as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while the issue is being resolved.
