Each year, a Process Plan is therefore approved by Council in line with the Municipal Systems Act. This plan outlines key timelines, legal requirements, and opportunities for community participation in the drafting and adoption of the IDP and Budget for the upcoming financial years.

To ensure that the needs of residents remain central to municipal decision-making we encourage residents to actively participate in the affairs of the municipality.

• Attend Public Participation Sessions

- During public participation timeframes, provide your comments on important documents such as the Draft IDP, - Budget, - Annual Report and other policies and By-Laws that shape the future plans of the municipality.
