VIEW THE APPROVED ANNUAL REPORT 2024-2025

Notice is hereby given under Regulation 26(1) of the Local Government: Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations, 2008, as well as Section 121 and Section 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003), read together with Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000), that the Council, at its meeting held on 25 February 2026 under item A5080, approved the following:

- The 2024-2025 Annual Report

- The Oversight Report on the 2024-2025 Annual Report
