 Notice is hereby given that Council intends to lease a portion of erf 1 (±15ha) for a period of 9 years 11 months to Montagu Nature Garden Association for conservation purposes.

Details regarding to the proposed lease will be available at the Ashton Office during normal office hours at Ms S Rossouw (Tel. 023 – 615 8023).
