Please note that the Robertson Public Swimming Pool will be closed to the public with effect from 2 February 2026, due to the implementation of Level 2 water restrictions from 1 February 2026.

Kennis geskied hiermee dat die Raad van voorneme is om ‘n gedeelte van munisipale grond (24.2m²) vir die voorgestelde pyplynbrug struktuur tussen erwe 6910 & 2597, Robertson vir `n 3 jaar periode aan Roodezandt Wynmakery te verhuur.

Besonderhede insake die voorgenome verhurings is gedurende kantoorure beskikbaar by Me S Rossouw (Tel. 023 – 615 8023) by die Ashton Kantoor. Regsgeldige en goed gemotiveerde besware/kommentaar, soos van toepassing, moet skriftelik en nie later as Vrydag, 27 Februarie 2026 by die Munisipale Bestuurder ingedien word nie.

We cordially invite all stakeholders to provide input on the following critical municipal documents and policies for the financial year running from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027:

-          Draft Free use of Community Services facilities Policy

-          Draft Hiring and Booking Policy 

In accordance with the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003), the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, (Act 32 of 2000), and Regulation 3(4)b of the Local Government: Municipal Planning and Performance Regulations, 2001, the document was tabled to Council on 10 December 2025, and is now open for public inspection.

The aforementioned document is available for review at Municipal Offices and Libraries situated in your local area or at www.langeberg.gov.za.

We welcome written or electronic comments on the above documentation addressed to the Municipal Manager by 21 February 2026. Please ensure that comments are clearly marked:
