MK 48: PROPOSED CONSENT USE FOR TOURIST ACCOMMODATION, TOURIST FACILITIES AND FUNCTIONS VENUE: REMAINDER OF PORTION 14 OF KLAAS VOOGDS RIVIER 40, ROBERTSON

Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) is in partnership with Langeberg Local Municipality to provide business development services to small businesses.

Seda Business Advisors will be available in Community Halls every month on the following dates as per the attachement.

• Proposed lease a portion of erf 2567 situated at Robertson Waterworks for a period of 3 years to HIS Towers SA ( MTN Site T6359).
• Proposed lease the municipal property, “Apricot Orchard” situated on erf 256 and portions of erven 254 & 255, Montagu for a period of 3 years to Mr J Plaatjies for the use of a vegetable garden.
• Proposed lease of a portion of municipal land adjacent to erf 645, McGregor for a period of 3 years to Mr JH Nel for the management of flora.

Details regarding to the proposed lease will be available at the Ashton Office during normal office hours at Ms S Rossouw (Tel. 023 – 615 8023). Legal and fully motivated comments/objections, as applicable, must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Manager not later than 27 October 2023.
