Kommentare moet voor of op 12 Maart 2021, ingedien word.

Notice is hereby given that Langeberg Municipality intends amending the LANGEBERG MUNICIPALITY: INFORMAL TRADING BY-LAW.

The proposed amendments to the Langeberg Municipality: Informal Trading By-law is available for perusal on the Municipal web site, and Municipal offices and libraries. (all proposed amendments are indicated in red)

All comments on the proposed amendments to the Langeberg Municipality: Informal Trading By-law must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Comments: Proposed amendments to the Langeberg Municipality: Informal Trading By-law.” and addressed to the Municipal Manager, Private Bag X2, Ashton, 6715.

Comments must be submitted on or before the 12 March 2021

Registered non- governmental organisations (NGO’s), operating in the Langeberg Municipal area, must submit all relevant information as stipulated within the Humanitarian Relief Application Form.
