• Raimondi`s, a portion of municipal land (±1180m²) adjacent to erf 4540, Robertson for
  parking area
• BSW Property Holdings, a portion of remainder of erf 1 (±2325m²), Montagu
• Likhoni Langa Care Centre, a portion of erf2 (±2000m²) Nkqubela Robertson

Details regarding to the proposed lease will be available at the Ashton Office during normal office hours at Ms S Rossouw (Tel. 023 – 615 8023). Legal and fully motivated written views and/or valid objections as applicable, must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Manager not later than 13 Januarie 2023 2022.
