COUNCIL PERFORMANCE BOOKLET: INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES AND IMPROVEMENTS DURING 2021-2026

The Council’s Performance 2021–2026 booklet can be viewed by clicking here and highlights the progress made by Langeberg Municipality over the past five years, with a continued focus on improving the quality of life for all residents. 

Guided by the Integrated Development Plan (IDP), Council implemented a range of projects across the municipal area, with investment in key infrastructure such as water, sanitation, roads, stormwater, electricity, and waste management. These efforts have strengthened service delivery and supported communities in Robertson, Ashton, Montagu, Bonnievale, and McGregor.

Key projects include the construction of the Robertson Fire Station, upgrades to informal trading areas, expansion of cemetery facilities, housing support, and improvements to sports grounds and community halls.

The municipality's commitment to good governance and sound financial management is reflected in the achievement of a seventh consecutive clean audit, as the council continues to deliver services in a sustainable and responsible manner.
