PUBLIC NOTICE: ASLA OPEN INFORMATION MEETING, 17 MARCH 2026
Local contractors and sub-contractors are hereby invited to attend an open information meeting regarding the appointment process for sub-contractors for the upcoming projects in Robertson Heights.

Venue: Robertson City Hall
The purpose of this meeting is to clearly explain the official process that will be followed for the registration, selection, and appointment of sub-contractors.
Topics to be discussed include:
- The procedure for identifying and appointing local sub-contractors
- The minimum requirements and documentation required
- The selection criteria and allocation process
- The roles and responsibilities of the appointed parties
Please note that all local appointments will be made strictly in accordance with the process explained at this meeting. No sub-contractors will be appointed outside of this formal procedure.
