The Municipality is awaiting applications for bursaries from students, residing in the Langeberg area, who are currently doing a course that will lead to a qualification in Civil Engineering, Town Planning, Building / Construction Management or Water Purification, Administration, Audit, Integrated Development Planning and Performance Management or Finance.

Application forms must be completed and submitted with a covering letter on or before Friday, 28 November 2025.  Application forms are available from the local Municipal offices or from the Municipal website: www.langeberg.gov.za

Are you a registered Non-Governmental Organisation or Non-Profit Organisation, involved in Water Related Community Development Projects?
The Breede-Olifants Catchment Management Agency (BOCMA) is inviting you to apply for funding. For your application to be considered, it should consist of:
• Application letter.
• Completed application form; and
• Relevant supporting documentation.

PLEASE NOTE:
• No applications outside of the previous Breede-Gouritz Water Management Area will be considered.
• The BOCMA’s Grant Policy does not provide for stipends/salaries/wages. Any application requesting stipends, salaries or wages will not be considered.
• Only WATER RELATED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS will be considered.
• The Grant Policy makes provision for financial assistance up to the amount of R200 000 per project per year.

MK 25/2025: AMENDMENT OF CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: ERF 5622, 1 LONG STREET (KLOOF PADSTAL), MONTAGU

Interested persons are herewith invited to tender for available Municipal erven as contained in the tender document.

Tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Tender 15/2025 - Alienation of various available erven” must be placed in the tender box at the Municipal Offices, 28 Main Road, Ashton before 12:00 on Friday, 26 September 2025 where after tenders will be opened in public.

Late tenders or tenders received by fax or incomplete tenders will not be accepted. Proof of dispatch of a tender will not be regarded as proof of receipt there of. The Municipality is not obliged to accept the highest or any tender.
