CALL FOR COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT BUDGET AND INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP)

Notice is hereby given in terms of sections 22(a) and 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003), sections 21 and 34(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, (Act 32 of 2000) and Regulation 3(4)b of the Local Government: Municipal Planning and Performance Regulations, 2001 that the following items were tabled to Council on 31 March 2026 and are now open for inspection.

View the related documents at Municipal Offices, Libraries, or www.langeberg.gov.za from 1 April 2026.

Comments on the above documentation must be submitted by 08 May 2026 for the attention of the Municipal Manager, clearly marked: "BUDGET/IDP 2026-2027". Persons who cannot read or write will be assisted by Municipal officials at their nearest municipal office.

VERSOEK VIR KOMMENTAAR OP DIE KONSEPBEGROTING EN GEÏNTEGREERDE ONTWIKKELINGSPLAN (GOP)

Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge artikels 22(a) en 129(3) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Finansiële Bestuurswet, 2003 (Wet Nr. 56 van 2003), artikels 21 en 34(b) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelselswet (Wet 32 van 2000), en Regulasie 3(4)(b) van die Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Beplanning- en Prestasieregulasies, 2001, dat die volgende items op 31 Maart 2026 aan die Raad voorgelê is en nou vir inspeksie beskikbaar is.

Besigtig die verwante dokumente by Munisipale Kantore, Biblioteke, of by www.langeberg.gov.za vanaf 1 April 2026.

Kommentaar op bogenoemde dokumentasie moet teen 08 Mei 2026 ingedien word vir die aandag van die Munisipale Bestuurder, duidelik gemerk: “BEGROTING/GOP 2026-2027”. Persone wat nie kan lees of skryf nie, sal deur munisipale amptenare by hul naaste munisipale kantoor gehelp word.
