Notice is hereby given that the Housing Selection Policy is open for public comments. The public is hereby invited to submit written comments or representations on the Housing Selection Policy to the Manager Housing Administration, Langeberg Local Municipality, 52 Church Street, Robertson 6705 on or before 18 October 2024.

Any person who cannot write may come during office hours to 52 Church Street, Robertson 6705 where Ms Zondiwe Samuels of the municipality will assist that person to transcribe that person’s comments or representations.

Notice is hereby given that Langeberg Municipality has on a Council Meeting on 23 August 2024, adopted Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Budget Process Plan. The IDP Process Plan has been approved in terms of Section 28 of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

The IDP and Budget Process Plan for Langeberg Municipality will be available on the municipal website (www.langeberg.gov.za) and at local libraries.
